In order to commit ourselves to God’s life-giving mission, we have to listen to the voices from the margins to hear what is life-affirming and what is life-destroying. We must turn our direction of mission to the actions that the marginalized are taking. Justice, solidarity, and inclusivity are key expressions of mission from the margins.

The situation of the Middle East calls for collective efforts by ecumenical partners to achieve peace and justice at local, national, regional and international levels. Im Rahmen des ÖRK-Projekts für ökumenische Weiterbildung werden Schulungen zur Ausbildung von Führungsqualitäten angeboten, darunter unter anderen anerkannte kurze Lehrgänge sowie Seminare, Forschungsgruppen und die Entwicklung von Ressourcen. 

WCC's ecumenical continuing formation provides leadership training, including accredited short-term courses as well as seminars, research groups and resource development.
