Media accreditation

Media accreditation for Pope Francis visit to WCC

Media representatives, including writing journalists and photographers, are welcome to apply for accreditation for the events of 21 June through the following form:

The deadline for application is 31 May.

PLEASE NOTE: Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please ensure that all required documents are submitted together in one e-mail by 31 May.

A confirmation notice will be sent upon receipt.

All applications will be processed after 31 May.

Free high resolution press photos will be made available by the WCC, before, during and after the event, at www.oikoumene.org/21june

Video will be available for broadcasters and publishers without charge, as a live broadcast signal through fibre-optic and satellite, and as edited clips for television and web-based publishing. Technical details will be confirmed shortly.

Churches, ecumenical partners and media are authorized by the World Council of Churches (WCC) to publish and broadcast video, audio and photographs made by WCC staff and freelancers during the visit of Pope Francis to the Ecumenical Centre and Château de Bossey on 21 June. All such resources are marked ‘pool’ and intentionally made available for sharing.
