WCC to host online prayer for Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

 The WCC is inviting the media to follow on line on Monday 25 January, 2 pm CET, at www.oikoumene.org/live

The theme for the 2021 Week of Prayer is “Abide in my love and you shall bear much fruit.”

As restrictions in many places due to the coronavirus pandemic are making it difficult to physically gather, this global online prayer will allow us to pray together wherever we are. “Prayer is one of the fruits that is borne out of our abiding in Christ’s love,” said WCC interim general secretary Rev. Dr Prof. Ioan Sauca.
