The World Council of Churches (WCC) joins The United Church of Canada and many other churches and peoples across the world who are mourning the death of Omega Chilufya Bula, a beloved justice leader, sister, elder, pioneer, mentor, friend, and colleague.

At the graduation ceremony of the World Council of Churches (WCC) Ecumenical Institute at Bossey on 27 January, 27 students received certificates for their completed studies in ecumenism that prepared them to become future leaders and ambassadors of the ecumenical movement.

During a visit to the Temple of Céligny, 35 students from the Ecumenical Institute at Bossey strengthened ties with the local community and were invited to the homes of parishioners in pairs of two for lunch on Sunday.
