El amor de Cristo elimina las fronteras: el Instituto Teológico Ecuménico Mundial 2022 en imágenes

El GETI 2022, la tercera iteración mundial del Instituto Teológico Ecuménico Mundial (GETI, por su sigla en inglés), reunió a unos cien jóvenes teólogos de todo el mundo durante seis semanas de intenso intercambio y aprendizaje ecuménico. Las primeras cuatro semanas tuvieron lugar en línea, y las dos últimas, de forma presencial, durante la 11ª Asamblea del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias (CMI) en Karlsruhe (Alemania).

Christ’s Love (Re)moves Borders – GETI 2022 in images

GETI 2022, the third global iteration of a Global Ecumenical Theological Institute, brought together some 100 young theologians from across the globe for six weeks of intense ecumenical sharing and learning – first online for four weeks and then for two weeks in person onsite – as the World Council of Churches (WCC) recently gathered for its 11th assembly in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Los datos están claros:  la última década ha sido la más cálida de todas las registradas. De los veinte años más cálidos, diecinueve han tenido lugar desde el año 2000. Y los hechos indican que la causa es el aumento de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero producidas por la actividad humana. And evidence indicates that this is due to the rise of greenhouse gas emissions produced by human activity. World’s scientists have warned that, at the current rate, the world could cross 1.5˚C hotter as soon as 2030. That’s less than a decade from now, well within the lifespan of most people alive today
