Robra ist Theologe und ordinierter Pastor und hat beim ÖRK als Programmverantwortlicher für Ökumenische Weiterbildung, für die Beziehungen zur Römisch-katholischen Kirche, für das gemeinsam mit der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation durchgeführte interreligiöse Projekt „Advancing Peace through social justice“ (Frieden fördern durch soziale Gerechtigkeit) und unterstützend für den Pilgerweg der Gerechtigkeit und des Friedens gearbeitet.
