La Semaine de prière pour l’unité des chrétiens, qui se déroule du 18 au 25 janvier dans l’hémisphère Nord et du 21 au 28 mai dans l’hémisphère Sud, rassemblera des Églises du monde entier sur le thème «Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu… et ton prochain comme toi-même» (Luc 10,27).

Le pasteur Curtiss Paul DeYoung, codirecteur général du Conseil des Églises du Minnesota, aux États-Unis, a participé à la création d’une équipe d’auteurs et autrices chargée de rédiger les ressources de la Semaine de prière pour l’unité des chrétiens de cette année. Il revient sur les défis rencontrés et les espoirs partagés lors de la rédaction commune du texte.

This assembly Resource Book, a documentary collection published in four separate language editions, is meant to orient assembly delegates and participants to the assembly process, convey documents and reports upon which the assembly will act, and also link participants to a variety of important background documents about the many substantive matters that will engage the gathered fellowship there.

To that end, the Resource Book will function as a ready documentary reference and resource for assembly delegates as well as other participants.
