Unter dem Motto „That the World May Know“ (Dass die Welt wissen möge) begann am Dienstag, den 16. April, in Accra, Ghana, die Vierte Globale Versammlung des Globalen Christlichen Forums (GCF).

In einer historischen Einheitsbekundung beschlossen die äthiopischen Kirchen bei einem Treffen im Ökumenischen Institut in Bossey, in ihrem Land einen Kirchenrat zu gründen.

To strengthen ecumenical co-operation in humanitarian response and in peacebuilding in Ethiopia, high-level delegations from the largest Ethiopian churches are convening on 27-30 November at the Ecumenical Institute at Bossey.
