Con la sonora bienvenida de los tambores de Sudáfrica, la 58a reunión de la Comisión de las Iglesias para Asuntos Internacionales (CIAI) del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias (CMI) comenzó esta semana en Johannesburgo a fin de examinar la labor de dicha comisión entre dos asamblea del CMI y entablar la discusión sobre la participación de las iglesias respecto a problemas críticos del mundo actual.

To media: WCC responds to false media reporting on BDS and Israel

The World Council of Churches (WCC) has requested correction of an article in the Algemeiner that listed the WCC among supporters of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement (BDS) against Israel.

The article, by Dexter Van Zile, appeared in the 10 February edition of the newspaper.
