The meeting includes the participation of the leadership of the WCC central committee, acting general secretary, and staff team supporting assembly leadership.
The goal is to develop a community of leadership for the assembly, equipping people with knowledge and skills for consensus decision-making, both the ethos and the practice. Participants will review the assembly business agenda, including opening actions, flow of business, and expected outcomes.
The group will also review assembly committee mandates, proposed membership, draft agendas and background material. Participants will also review thematic plenary outlines, expected outcomes, methodologies, and speakers.
