Indigenous Peoples are created with God-given identities that are beautiful.  God was present in their lands and among their peoples before colonizers arrived. When Christians brought the Bible, Indigenous People recognized the voice of their Creator in Jesus’ teachings. They did not hear a call to reject their identities.

10 Year Anniversary of South Sudan: 9th of July 2021

Today, the 9th of July 2021 we, the undersigned churches, faith-based organisations and members of the Ecumenical Network of South Sudan (ENSS), mark the 10 year anniversary of South Sudan becoming the newest country in the world, following the demands of the people in their referendum.
