At the Central Committee meeting of the WCC, leadership of the Council’s consultative bodies was announced. The WCC assembly was held in the Republic of Korea in 2013.

Visser ’t Hooft Hall, the main meeting room of the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva, Switzerland. The room is named for a theologian from the Netherlands who served as the first general secretary of the WCC from 1948 to 1966.
