مجلس الكنائس العالمي يستنكر مقتل عمال الإغاثة في غزة

استنكر الأمين العام لمجلس الكنائس العالمي، القس الدكتور البروفيسور "جيري بيلاي" مقتل عمال الإغاثة في غزة، وقدّم التعازي إلى العائلات والأصدقاء الذين أصيبوا بالصدمة والحزن إثر سماعهم نبأ مقتل سبعة أشخاص يعملون لصالح "المطبخ العالمي المركزي" في غارة جوية إسرائيلية.

WCC condemns killing of aid workers in Gaza

World Council of Churches general secretary Rev. Prof. Dr Jerry Pillay condemned the killing of aid workers in Gaza, and extended condolences to the families and friends who are in shock and mourning upon hearing the news that an Israeli airstrike killed seven people working for World Central Kitchen.

El CMI condena la matanza de trabajadores humanitarios en Gaza

El secretario general del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias (CMI), Rev. Prof. Dr. Jerry Pillay, ha condenado la matanza de trabajadores humanitarios en Gaza y ha transmitido sus condolencias a los familiares y amigos conmocionados y en duelo por la muerte de siete empleados de la ONG World Central Kitchen en un bombardeo israelí.

كلمات الصمود يُسمع صداها من تحت الأنقاض

"لن نخرج من غزة وفيها كنيسة واقفة"

"لن نكون آخر المسيحيين الساكنين في غزة"

"لقد فقدنا كل شيء، لكننا لن نفقد رسالتنا وانتمائنا إلى هذا المكان الغالي على قلوبنا"

"بدأت المسيحية من هنا، وهنا ستستمر" 

كانت هذه هي الكلمات التي يرددها الناس بينما يحاول نادر أبو عمشا، وهو المدير التنفيذي لدائرة خدمة اللّاجئين الفلسطينيّين في مجلس كنائس الشرق الأوسط (DSPR-MECC)، مساعدتهم على البقاء على قيد الحياة فحسب حتى اليوم التالي.

Entre los escombros resuenan palabras de firmeza

“No nos iremos de Gaza mientras haya una iglesia en pie”.

“No seremos los últimos cristianos que vivan en Gaza”.

“Lo hemos perdido todo, pero no podemos perder nuestra misión ni nuestra pertenencia a este lugar que tanto amamos”.

“El cristianismo empezó aquí y aquí seguirá”.  

Estas son algunas de las frases que escucha Nader Abu Amsha, director ejecutivo del Departamento de Servicios a los Refugiados Palestinos del Consejo de Iglesias del Oriente Medio (DSRP-MECC), mientras intenta ayudar a los refugiados simplemente a llegar con vida al día siguiente.
