Book launch: Penser les relations écologiques en théologie à l'ère de l'Anthropocène

The launch of a new book, "Penser les relations écologiques en théologie à l'ère de l'Anthropocène" (Eng: "Reflecting on Ecological Relations in Theology in the Anthropocene Era"), will take place during the second seminar on eco-theology on 5th July from 18:00 to 20:00 at the Salle II and III in Ecumenical Centre in Geneva.

Book Event: A Deeper Dive into Let the Waves Roar

Consultations with young people, participants in WCC events between the 10th and the 11th assemblies, and a number of church leaders have concluded that there is a need to provide an updated resource to get to know young people of today and to explore ways for the church to effectively engage the 18–30-year-old age group in the ecumenical movement.

An upcoming webinar, part of the ongoing Remembering Past Massacres” series, will focus on Latin America, with speakers reflecting on the atrocities committed against Indigenous populations in the name of Christianisation, the trans-Atlantic slave trade, the ruthless military dictatorships in South America during the 1960s-80s, and the 1937 massacre of Haitians in the Dominican Republic.
