High-Level Event on Fraternity, Multilateralism and Peace: Presentation of Pope Francis’ Encyclical Letter Fratelli Tutti on 15 April will gather religious leaders as well as representatives from the UN, International Labour Organization, World Health Organization, and International Red Cross.

The World Council of Churches (WCC) and the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue (PCID) have jointly produced the document ‘Education for Peace in a Multi-religious World – A Christian Perspective’. The document aims to make a constructive contribution to peace-making and explores the vital role that education can play in cultivating a culture of peace.

A panel debate will be organized by the Geneva Centre for Human Rights Advancement and Global Dialogue and the World Council of Churches on the impact of peace education to promote mutual understanding and cooperative relations between people and societies.
