Drei Kommissionen des Ökumenischen Rates der Kirchen – die Kommission der Kirchen für internationale Angelegenheiten, die Kommission für Gesundheit und Heilen und die Kommission für Klimagerechtigkeit und nachhaltige Entwicklung – beendeten ihre Tagung am 8. März in Genf mit der gemeinsamen Entschlossenheit, die Herausforderungen der Welt hoffnungsvoll und praktisch anzugehen.

From 4 to 9 December 2023, thousands of people convened in Harare, Zimbabwe, for the 22nd International Conference on Aids and STIs in Africa (ICASA). As she spoke during a World AIDS Day event hosted by the World Health Organization and UNAIDS, Gracia Violeta Ross, programme executive for WCC Ecumenical HIV and AIDS Initiatives and Advocacy, called for honesty, equality, and inclusivity.
