The International AIDS Conference (18-22 July) provides extensive opportunities for sharing and networking across all levels of care and response to the epidemic. What is the role of churches and other ecumenical actors in building just and sustainable peace, and what should be their areas of engagement? These questions will be addressed at the Ecumenical Peacebuilding Consultation and Workshop on Advocacy for Just Peace, in order to build a common understanding for the WCC Pilgrimage of Justice and Peace.
