A 9 March webinar—the third in a series of seven on bilateral dialogues—will focus on “Anglican-Orthodox Dialogue: History, Results, Reception” as well as the Canterbury Statement “Stewards of Creation: A Hope-Filled Ecology,” a statement on ecology jointly published by the Anglican Communion and the Orthodox Churches in October 2020. 

The World Council of Churches (WCC) will host a webinar on 18 February from 14:00-15:30 (GMT+1) entitled “Common witness on environmental justice and religious pluralism” that will explore two recent papers released by the WCC Commission on Faith and Order.

This webinar, promoted by the World Council of Churches and the Pacific Conference of Churches, will lift up Pacific proposals to “reweave the ecological mat” and build a new creation.

The fourth edition of the  World Council of Churches (WCC) Eco-School on Water, Food and Climate Justice will be held 22-28 February 2021 in the Pacific region in five countries (Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Tuvalu &  Solomon Islands), hosted by the Pacific Conference of Churches.

From September 1st to 4 October, Christians around the world are praying and caring for creation. It’s the “Season of Creation”. The beginning and the end date of Season of Creation are linked with the concern for creation in the Eastern and the Western traditions of Christianity, respectively.
