The second meeting of the Commission of the Churches on International Affairs (CCIA), following the 2006 Porto Alegre Assembly took place in Cuba from 15-20 March 2009.
The CCIA, against the background of more than fifty years of work against racism and its effects, notably through the WCC Program to Combat Racism, has submitted comments for consideration in the drafting of the Draft Declaration and Programme of Action.
