Με την εισαγωγή του Αρχιεπισκόπου Αλβανίας Αναστασίου για νοσηλεία  στον Ευαγγελισμό των Αθηνών στις αρχές του Ιανουαρίου 2025 εκδηλώθηκε η έντονη αποδοχή του από ανθρώπους κάθε μόρφωσης και ηλικίας, από ποικίλους κοινωνικούς κύκλους (εκκλησιαστικούς, επιστημονικούς, πολιτικούς, δημοσιογραφικούς) αλλά και από διεθνείς διαχριστιανικούς και διαθρησκειακούς και όχι μόνον.

Archbishop Anastasios of Albania, an Orthodox Hierarch of International Recognition

Upon the admission of Archbishop Anastasios of Albania to “Evangelismos” Hospital in Athens at the beginning of January 2025, expressions of widespread acceptance and appreciation emerged from people of all educational backgrounds and ages, from various societal circles (ecclesiastical, academic, political, journalistic), as well as from international inter-Christian and interfaith communities and beyond.

Protestinfo and Le Temps present WCC general secretary Jerry Pillay

The newspaper Le Temps recently published a portrait written by Protestinfo on the general secretary of the World Council of Churches, the Reverend Professor Jerry Pillay. In the article, Pillay shares stories from his childhood and also reflects on what motivates him today: his desire to heal a broken world. Memories of the Ecumenical Women’s Group

My first contact with the Ecumenical Womens Group was a week after our arrival in Geneva, in September 1978, when a member of the group who was area hostess in Collex-Bossy, invited me for a cup of coffee, and two weeks later I went to the monthly general meeting in Salle 2-3 at the Ecumenical Centre.
