The World Council of Churches (WCC) cosponsored with Laudato Si Research Institute and the World Communion of Reformed Churches, Lutheran World Federation, Anglican Communion, and World Methodist Council an international seminar on “The Feast of Creation and the Mystery of Creation: Ecumenism, Theology, Liturgy, and Signs of the Times in Dialogue,” from 14-16 March at Laudato Si’ Center of Assisi and Pro Civitate Christiana, in Italy.

This is a metaphor for personal growth and transformation, as individuals let go of their past selves and embrace their true identities. This transformation symbolizes shedding our primitive natures and embracing the qualities and potentials of a Do Kamo.

Durante una mesa redonda celebrada en la reunión de tres comisiones del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias (CMI) el 5 de marzo, los ponentes analizaron el tema de la “Emergencia climática: las iglesias responden con fe y esperanza”. La mesa redonda fue moderada por el arzobispo Julio Murray Thompson, quien también modera la Comisión sobre Justicia Climática y Desarrollo Sostenible, organizadora del evento.

Die Podiumsdiskussion wurde von Erzbischof Hochwürden Julio Murray Thompson moderiert, der auch der Kommission für Klimagerechtigkeit und nachhaltige Entwicklung vorsteht, von der das Podium einberufen wurde.

La table ronde a été modérée par l’archevêque Julio Murray Thompson, qui modère également la Commission des Églises pour la justice climatique et le développement durable, organisatrice de la table ronde.
