As the world prepares for decisive climate negotiations at COP30, faith communities in Latin America and the Caribbean have reiterated a powerful call for action during Panama's Climate Week 2025, demanding that governments move beyond promises to deliver concrete solutions for the planet's most vulnerable populations.

At the "World of Work, Place of Hope" event held in Rome on 2 May, faith leaders, economists, and labour representatives gathered to address the intertwined challenges of climate justice and dignified work. The Kingdom of Bahrain hosted an Intra-Islamic Dialogue Conference under the patronage of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The event, with over 400 participants, aimed to foster unity and consensus within the Islamic world in response to contemporary challenges.
