In dieser Funktion ist er für die Ausführung eines umfangreichen Programms verantwortlich, das blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen in Kenia unterstützt. Zu seinen wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören Vorbeugung, Bildung, Rehabilitation, Beschäftigung und generell die Fürsorge für die Betroffenen. Neben seinen beruflichen Aufgaben übernimmt Samson ebenfalls die Funktion des stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden der Kirche des Heiligen Kosmas und Damian in Nairobi und verdeutlicht damit, wie wichtig für ihn sowohl seine beruflichen als auch seine spirituellen Verpflichtungen sind.
