Christen in China heißen ÖRK-Delegation herzlich willkommen

Vom 7. – 16. Januar besuchen der Generalsekretär des Ökumenischen Rates der Kirchen (ÖRK), Pastor Dr. Olav Fykse Tveit, sowie eine Delegation des ÖRK Mitgliedskirchen in China.

In einem kurzen Interview beschreibt Tveit die Freude, die Feierlichkeiten zum 70. Jubiläum des ÖRK gemeinsam mit dem Chinesischen Christenrat zu beginnen.

World Council of Churches (WCC) general secretary Rev. Dr Olav Fykse Tveit and a WCC delegation are visiting member churches in China from 7-16 January.

The declaration was issued on the occasion of the Second United Nations High Level Dialogue on International Migration and Development in New York City, USA.
