Condolences on the death of David Philpot

The WCC general secretary Rev. Dr Olav Fykse Tveit has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Rev. David Philpot who served as the WCC executive secretary for scholarships in 1980s. Philpot passed away at the age of 84 in Edinburgh, UK.
