The World Council of Churches, together with our hosts, will implement the following COVID-19 mitigation plan for the WCC 11th Assembly. The plan recognizes that despite best efforts, zero transmission is not possible. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize the risk of exposure and treat infections quickly. The mitigation plan requires the commitment of all participants to protect one another from infection by monitoring their health and taking the necessary precautions.
