Gathering as a community to strengthen collaboration, the Staff Planning Days once again uses the different “building blocks” of the assembly programme to test plans daily prayer, thematic plenaries, ecumenical conversations, home groups and Brunnen workshops.

In conversations on the future of the pilgrimage, staff will explore key questions such as: Does the pilgrimage continue? What direction will it take? What have we learned about engaging member churches, ecumenical partners and people of good will on the pilgrimage for Gods justice and peace?”

A series of workshops will strengthen skill for online work and events. Staff will also finalize 2022 plans and budgets for presentation to the WCC executive committee.

WCC Staff Planning Days occur in October and March each year. The meetings take place on zoom to include staff in Geneva and around the world.
