From songs in indigenous languages, to offering reflections, to leading intercessions, the WCC assembly delegates will help the WCC fellowship grow in love for each other.

We believe the involvement of assembly delegates in the WCCs weekly ecumenical prayer cycle will help to prepare both the delegates and the wider member churches for the upcoming assembly,” said Rev. Dr Mikie Roberts, WCC programme executive for Spiritual Life.

On 15 November, a reflection will be offered by Very Rev. Ann Mills, dean of Auckland's Holy Trinity Cathedral.

As the benediction will read:

Go in peace as those who tread a common way with the Christ;
and may each stone on the road,
be firm under your feet as God who is our rock,
the winds of the earth wrap you round with the breath of the Spirit.”

Throughout the week and beyond, additional WCC assembly delegates will be offering their creative input during WCC prayers.
