Arigatou International is organizing a livestreamed interreligious prayer on 22 April that will focus on children amid the COVID-10 pandemic. The time of the prayer will vary depending on the location of the participants.

With candles and music, the prayer will offer a sense of solidarity for children who are particularly vulnerable during a time when they are isolated, and unable to attend school.

Reflections and music from children themselves will be a key part of the prayer.

“Now, more than ever, we must promote the solidarity of the one human community and act together and listen to children: they are part of the solution to promote global solidarity,” said Rev. Keishi Miyamoto, president of Arigatou International.
