The first in-person reference group meeting will be in Sri Lanka in March 2025.
The reference group includes key members of the WCC central committee such as the leadership of the programme committee, as well as moderators of all WCC commissions. The reference group also includes ecumenical partners, representing Christian world communions, regional ecumenical organizations, and specialized ministries.
The reference group has two working groups – one on the theology of companionship and one on methodologies.
