Rambaud took time to briefly share what she enjoys most about her new role, and her vision for nurturing a warm and welcoming space.
What do you enjoy most about your new role?
Rambaud: I enjoy being able to provide many ideas, and being able to collaborate with my colleagues at the World Council of Churches, so that we can benefit the Bossey Château and the Ecumenical Institute at Bossey. I am also enjoying the process of building a team that stays motivated and provides a high quality of service.
What is your biggest challenge?
Rambaud: The biggest challenge is reaching a financial balance, while creating a warm place where the activities of the Ecumenical Institute at Bossey are positive for the Château, and the Château reciprocates this positivity. I strive to take care of this historical and peaceful place through the maintenance of the buildings and the gardens.
What can your ecumenical family pray for you as you embark in this new professional adventure?
Rambaud: Please pray for my team to reach our goals, and to keep the warmth and welcoming environment that is at the heart of Bossey.
