WHAT: A Global Church Partners Forum on “Children on the Move,” including refugees as well forcibly displaced children and adolescents. The forum will provide a platform for a diverse group of Christian faith-based organisations to reflect on how they are helping to end violence against children on the move.

WHO: Forum partners include the World Council of Churches, ACT Alliance, Anglican Alliance, Arigatou International (Global Network of Religions for Children), Joint Learning Initiative on Faith & Local Communities (JLI), Mennonite World Conference, Micah Global, Salvation Army, Seventh Day Adventist Church, Talitha Kum Alzati, World Evangelical Alliance and World Vision International
WHY YOUR INPUT IS VITAL: The forum will be based on observations on the ground leading to evidence around faith and development. We want to know what you are doing to help children on the move!
WCC member churches and ecumenical partners are invited to submit examples of projects or programs. The deadline for submission is 21 May.
We are looking for examples of projects which:
· Help children on the move
· Are well into implementation (not in early stages) to reflect on lessons learned
· Have a faith-based component that may include prevention of migration and its root causes; response to family and children’s rights; sensitization and awareness raising among host communities; policy or advocacy at any level; resilience training or psychosocial support.
These examples will be used to create a series of briefs on key themes for the forum. The briefs will be available online and will also help inform forum participants about existing work with children on the move.

If you would like to submit more than one example, please submit a new form for each example. If you have a research report connected to the program or other relevant documents, please also upload at the end of the form.
