The third edition of the  World Council of Churches (WCC) Eco-School on Water, Food and Climate Justice will be held 4-17 November 2019 in Chiang Mai, Thailand, hosted by the Christian Conference of Asia. This year, the Eco-School will focus on Asia and therefore only open to Asians.

The WCC Ecumenical Water Network (WCC-EWN), in collaboration with various WCC programmes including the Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance (WCC-EAA), Economic and Ecological Justice, Youth Engagement in the ecumenical movement and Health and Healing programmes, promotes the third edition of the Eco-School for up to 30 young people from Asia to discuss the nexus between Water, Food and Climate Justice.

The WCC Eco-School is hosted by the Christian Conference of Asia (CCA) who are also a co-organiser of the event, along with other external partners including the World Student Christian Federation (WSCF) Asia Pacific region. The programme was made possible through the financial contributions from the above organisations, particularly through a grant support from InFaith Community Foundation through the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
