Participants from the UEM, WCC and the partner organizations will take part in the training. Key areas of the online training will be the process of mediation as a conflict solving tool and human rights protection while human rights defenders and church activists face multiple forms of threats.

The goal of the online training is to strengthen the skills, deepen the knowledge, open a mutual learning space and to foster the networking of participants. The training will be based on a participatory approach - participants are expected to attend at least 80% of the course time, and towards the end of the seminar participants will design local or regional peace and human rights projects.
