Dr Jebejian`s book "Bible Engagement: The Discovery of Faith, Hope, and Self" is a publication that offers an unprecedented scientific study of the impact of the message of the Good News on migrant workers in the Gulf.

  • The discussion will be moderated by Peter Prove, director of the WCC Commission of the Churches on International Affairs
  • Inputs at the discussion from Carla Khijoyan, WCC programme executive for the Middle East

As General Secretary of the Bible Society in the Gulf Dr Jebejian has initiated many pivotal, groundbreaking programs in the region that have mobilized the Church and multinational community to reach out to migrants. He has advocated for migrant workers and focused on their socio-economic conditions, highlighted their plight, and sought avenues to address their needs.

The discussion will take place at the Reading Room of the Ecumenical Centre.
