Dear God,
I thank you for calling me to be confused.
First time in Africa, invited by WCC,
I lost all my answers and almost all my questions.
Never before I realized,
that I was only one Lutheran, only one European, only one.
WCC welcomed me into the global village.
The road was not easy. But it is the road.
I never turned back.
God,
keep me open to all that pain,
what your creation whispers to me.
Keep me open to all that confusion,
when you call me to change.
Keep me so near to you,
that I never run away
from anyone, who is your image.
God, make me dare.
