A seminar following the World Council of Churches Conference on World Mission and Evangelism is being convened on 20 April in Helsinki, Finland.

Participants and speakers include Rev. Dr Benjamin Simon, professor of Ecumenical Missiology at the Ecumenical Institute in Bossey; Jaakko Rusama, adjunct professor at the University of Helsinki Faculty of Theology; Dr Risto Jukko, director of the Office for Global Mission of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland; Lutheran delegates Aune-Inkeri Björkström and Markus Silvola; and delegates from the Arusha conference representing Lutheran and Orthodox churches.

The seminar is being held at the Lutheran Church House. A panel discussion will focus on the question: How do you see the future of God's mission in the light of the Arusha Conference?

The Conference on World Mission and Evangelism was held in Arusha, Tanzania on 8-13 March.
