The goal of this seminar is to share experiences how young people are working for just and sustainable communities and bring their voices to the table of the discussion on ecumenical diakonia and sustainable development.

Young people are the primary resources for each other. The seminar targets young people ages 18-30 from the churches and ecumenical partners in Latin America and the Caribbean, but also a few highly competent resource persons will be present because the seminar is held in Matanzas, Cuba, back to back with the seminar on the ecumenical diakonia study document that follows.

Together participants explore the ways how young people live and share their faith with each other and with church and society through practical diaconal action.

Contributions are welcome for the event. Subsidy is available upon request.

Deadline for applications: 12 May 2018
