Lydia Funck was a delegate for the German Mennonite Church to the 10th Assembly of the WCC. After this experience, she stayed in touch with the ecumenical network MEET (http://meet-junge-oekumene.de) and has been a member of its coordination team since 2014.

Together with Iris Speckmann, Fernando Enns and Rebecca Froese she led a workshop on the Pilgrimage of Justice and Peace at the Mennonite World Conference 2015.
