Amendments to the constitution & rules
I. Preliminary action
The Ninth Assembly is asked to endorse the decision of the Central Committee to move to the consensus decision-making method. Since the adoption of the consensus method has implications on the Constitution and Rules of the WCC, and since the move to the consensus method is a major institutional and cultural change, the Ninth Assembly is invited to inaugurate its work on the amendments to the Constitution and Rules of the WCC making a decision on this matter.
