Central Committee (30 August - 6 September 2006)
The central committee serves as the main decision-making body of the WCC between assemblies. This is the first meeting of the new committee, elected last February at the 9th Assembly in Porto Alegre, Brazil. It will decide on programme plans and a renewed organizational structure, and will appoint a series of advisory bodies.
