Las mujeres en la iglesia y la sociedad: desafíos y esperanzas
Este proyecto brinda a mujeres de distintas tradiciones cristianas, regiones y edades la oportunidad de expresarse y compartir sus ideas de manera que puedan contribuir a la sociedad, el movimiento ecuménico y la búsqueda de la unidad.
Poniendo énfasis en la promoción de la mujer, ofrece un espacio para el diálogo creativo entre las distintas voces y experiencias de mujeres de todas las regiones y denominaciones y permite a las mujeres interpelar a las iglesias sobre preocupaciones prioritarias que afectan a su vida cotidiana. Esto se realiza en estrecha colaboración con otras labores del CMI sobre cuestiones como la mujer y la justicia económica, la violencia contra mujeres y niños, y las mujeres en un mundo de pluralidad religiosa.

Esta película fue realizada en 2009 por Chedza Media en Sudáfrica. Fue encargado por el Proyecto de Mujeres "Las mujeres en la iglesia y la sociedad" del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias, como parte de su campaña sobre hombres y la masculinidad positiva.
