Conferencia Internacional de Obispos Viejos Católicos
Un congreso viejo católico internacional se ha reunido con regularidad desde 1890. La Conferencia Internacional de Obispos Viejos Católicos es el principal instrumento para mantener los lazos de la comunión. No solo toma decisiones sobre asuntos internos de la iglesia sino que sirve para promover las relaciones con otras iglesias. El presidente de la conferencia es el Arzobispo de Utrecht. El número de viejos católicos asciende a 115.000 aproximadamente. A excepción de la Iglesia Vieja Católica de la República Checa, todas las iglesias miembros de la Conferencia Internacional de Obispos Viejos Católicos son miembros del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias.
