Come to Bossey by car:
The Ecumenical Institute is located in Bogis-Bossey nearby the villages of Chavannes-de-Bogis and Céligny, just off the main A1 motorway from Geneva to Lausanne, and 20km from Geneva international airport.
The nearest motorway exit is marked Coppet-Divonne. As you leave the motorway, take the direction of the village of Chavannes-de-Bogis. As you drive through the village, you will see a signpost indicating a right turn towards the "Institut oecuménique" (the French for Ecumenical Institute). Follow the signs for about 2km to the Château de Bossey.
If you take the lake road from Geneva, drive through Versoix and Coppet, then take the left turn from the lake road for Céligny. Drive through the village and follow the sign for "Institut oecuménique" to the left. Then turn left again for the Château de Bossey.
Come to Bossey by public transport:
The Swiss public transport system is very efficient. From the central train station in Geneva or Lausanne, you can take a regional train to the stations in Nyon or Coppet. From there, using the same ticket, you can take the local bus to the stop "Céligny, village". It is about 15 minutes walk to the Institute, just follow the signs for the "Institut oecuménique".

Come to Bossey by taxi:
From central Geneva, the airport and Nyon train station, the easiest (and most expensive) way to get to the Ecumenical Institute at Bossey is to take a taxi. It will cost between CHF 75 - 100 from Geneva, and less from Nyon. Inform the driver that your destination is the "Château de Bossey, near Céligny" as there are other places that have the same name. Check with the driver if you intend to use a credit card, as these are not always accepted.
