Statement to COP18 / UN Climate Change Conference Doha On 7 December at the Conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), while no agreement has been reached, the World Council of Churches (WCC) delivered a statement to the High-Level Ministerial Segment of COP 18 in Doha, Qatar. The WCC statement delivered to the plenary stressed that “Climate change is happening!
