Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
It is with sadness that I offer my condolences on the death of Father Siketi Tonga, General Secretary of the Tonga Council of Churches.
Leaders such as Father Siketi offer inspiration for our common life together as Christians. We are reminded through such commitment of our calling ‘that all may be one.’ I pray that the work that has been accomplished in Tonga may continue to flourish in remembrance of the dedication offered by your late General Secretary.
Please offer my sympathy to the family of Father Siketi and know that they and the Tonga Council of Churches remain in my prayers.
