This report summarizes and refl ects the proceedings of the conference ‘Churches for Water in Africa’, which took place in Entebbe, Uganda, in May 2007. The conference had over 70 participants, including church representatives, NGO activists and water experts from 19 African countries as well as from Europe and Latin America. It was jointly organized by the Secretariat of the Ecumenical Water Network, All Africa Conference of Churches, Uganda Joint Christian Council and the Agency for Cooperation and Research in Development.
